Wood Pedestal

A found wood pedestal, thick and heavy, cut with notched feet and finished in a deep, russet-brown tone with rough saw marks still legible across the top. We use these as risers — under a stack of books, a vessel, or a lamp — anywhere a vignette needs a few inches of height and some age at the bottom of it.
